U.S. Regulators

  • Companies' fillings. Check investment managers' filling like the quarterly 13F providing details of the managers's long US equity positions.
  • Litigations. Check current and past litigations by the SEC.
  • Investment Adviser Public Disclosure. Verfify an investment adviser's current registration status and download the most recent ADV form Part I and soon ADV form Part II.

  • FSA Register. Check entities or individuals registered with the FSA to carry out regulated activities.

Luxembourg regulator

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier http://www.cssf.lu/
  • Supervised entities. The CSSF keeps official lists of all the undertakings authorised in Luxembourg and subject to its supervision.
Official documents can only be transmitted by the fund promoters to the CSSF and the Luxembourg Central Bank through the database vendor Finesti. The finesti's website is a comprehensive source of information on Luxembourg registered funds.

  • Professional funds. List of entities registered as professional funds with the BVIFSC.
