U.S. Regulators

• Companies' fillings. Check investment managers' filling like the quarterly 13F providing details of the managers's long US equity positions.
• Litigations. Check current and past litigations by the SEC.
• Investment Adviser Public Disclosure. Verfify an investment adviser's current registration status and download the most recent ADV form Part I and soon ADV form Part II.

• FINRA's brokers check. Check the professional backgrounds of current and former FINRA-registered brokerage firms and brokers.

• Background Affiliation Status Information Center (BASIC). a web-based system that allows individuals to check the registration status and disciplinary history of every firm and individual registered to conduct futures trading business with the investing public.

Australian regulator

Singapore regulator

• Financial Institutions Directory. Verify your investment manager's regulated activities, address and directors

Luxembourg regulator

Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier http://www.cssf.lu/

• Supervised entities. The CSSF keeps official lists of all the undertakings authorised in Luxembourg and subject to its supervision.

Official documents can only be transmitted by the fund promoters to the CSSF and the Luxembourg Central Bank through the database vendor Finesti. The finesti's website is a comprehensive source of information on Luxembourg registered funds.

Bermuda regulator

• Licensed entities. Check the list of entities licensed by the BMA.

British Virgin Islands Regulator

British Virgin Islands Financial Services Commission http://www.bvifsc.vg/

• Professional funds. List of entities registered as professional funds with the BVIFSC.
• Private funds. List of entities registered as public funds with the BVIFSC.

Cayman Islands Regulator

Malta Regulator

Guernsey regulators

• Open-ended authorized schemes. Check the registration status of your fund
• Licensees. Check the entities licensed by the GFSC and their licensees.
